Community Infrastructure Levy
The Community Council is likely to received a small sum of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) monies from the houses being built next to Olive Lane. It is unclear when the money will be provided by the developers, as there could be a lead-in time of two years. This is the only change to date, to the Master Plan.
The outline planning permission for the Master Plan was given to Harworth before the the Levy came into force, and so the rest of the funding for infrastructure like the roads and schools comes from the section 106 agreement. The latest version of the s106 agreement can be read on our website.
