New Defibrillator

The new defibrillator at Catcliffe Corner has been installed and registered with Yorkshire Ambulance Service who will instruct 999 callers to obtain it for use if required in an emergency situation.

The defibrillator, which may be the nearest one for residents of Waverley and Catcliffe, is positioned near to the steps at the edge of the Catcliffe Corner pond, on Highfield Lane opposite the junction with Hawes Way. The What3Words location is ///native.detail.quite.

Thank you to the Land Trust team who have arranged the work for it to be installed.

This is the third defibrillator on Waverley, with the others at the Winter Green pub and beside the Community Garden, opposite Waverley Junior Academy. Please take a moment to check where your nearest one is so that you know where to go if you are ever in such a situation.
